It supports 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-sensing capability, Auto MDIX (straight and cross network cable auto-detection), and both full-duplex and half-duplex operations in Fast Ethernet.
This compact and portable USB 2.0 Gigabit Ethernet adapter is backward compatible with 10/100 Mbps Ethernet networks and is hot-pluggable and powered by the USB bus, no power adapter is needed.
