Comments about HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015X Printer:

HP included a setup CD for HP P3010 (not the P3015). I initially set the printer up on my Toshiba Laptop (Win 7) and there were no problems.
Then I tried to set up on my HP Pavillion Desktop with Vista. The disk did not have a driver that worked. The HP website did not have one either. Very, very frustrating. I contacted PCRush and they forwarded me to HP Help. I got the driver and extremely well written instructions from HP and all was well. Could these files not be on the disc?

Service and delivery comments:

As a Canadian, PCRush would not accept my PayPal (??). I suggested sending a bank draft in US funds and that was OK. I snail mailed it and heard nothig the first 7 days. I then initiated an inquiry about the order status and found that the "Payment was pending". I waited some more and initiated a trace from my bank. The bank said the cheque was cashed. However it took another email to customer service to get the ball rolling. In a case like this I was fearing that my draft had been stolen and could not get anywhere.
The delivery went according to Fedex very well and it arrived in perfect condition. Customer Service, in this case was a bit vague to begin with.
