I hate carrying around a laptop charger chord, so the extra battery life is great. As a college student, this battery has helped me out so much. I admit the battery is bulky but I actually don't mind. The pros outweigh the cons, and my E series laptop still fits nicely in my Targus laptop sleeve. I think the longest my computer life has lasted on power saver mode with the lowest brightness is around 10 to 11 hours, and on full brightness around 6 to 7 hours, which is so much more than a standard battery.

I got annoyed having to charge my battery during classes, so i got this one. Yes it is annoying transporting it with the protruding battery, but when using its actually a nice little stand too/helps cool the computer. But to the actual battery performance, I do notice a substantially longer use time, on average i can use this for up to 5-7 hours unplugged of actual use(watching movies or games). If you're smart about what your using, you can get a lot out of it(i took an 11 hour train ride with the internet off, and I got almost 8 hours of movies out of it). Realistically, that's a lot more then I ever got out of the stock battery(3 hours usually).
