I think when was more monitor available with resolution 1920x1200 was easier to find good monitor like LG W2452T. Now we have few monitor with the quality and resolution 1920x1200, so if want sharp image, Brightness and real Contrast Ratio you cannot be wrong buy this monitor. The Adjustable the position of this monitor is excellent also.

I did a lot of research before I bought this 24" monitor from NEC. The NEC site actually offers a lot of information on monitor selection. I am an NEC monitor fan. This is the second monitor I have hooked up on my PC. The other one is also a recently purchased NEC MultiSync LCD225WNXM (22"), which replaced an older a 17" NEC Accusync model.

The 22" was a huge improvement in terms of resolution and brightness over the 17". I was surprised how much even better this 24" Multisync EA241WM monitor is (I have the 22" and 24" next to each other, so the difference is noticeable). The 22" had one black dot at the upper left corner (not a big deal). The 24" has no dots.

Both of my NEC monitors are adjustable up/down, swivel, tilt, have 2 USB ports, speakers, and audio jack. They are compatible with vista (literally plug-and-play, no driver downloads or any other software involved, installation was a matter of a few minutes to hook up the cables). It has a cable management system in the back along with a cover. The whole setup looks very slick! The speakers on the 24" are also pretty good!

This monitor is a great deal!!!
