I bought this surround sound to fix the 46EX500 Bravada HDTV I purchased and was disappointed with the internal speakers. For a 1000w system and HDMI control the overall value is good. Once speakers are set with the supplied microphone and auto setup your done. I am very pleased with controling everything from my cable/dvr remote. It's a nice complement to the HDTV.

Bought this system to go with the XBR-LX900 3DTV. It certainly has the power. However, it doesn't really have great dynamic range. There is no adjustment for midrange - only treble and bass. There are no DSP effects. And, most disappointing is that it does not deliver on-screen display. The front panel display is dim and bothersome with the depth of the menus.
