SIIG's USB 3.0 to SATA/IDE 3.5" Enclosure is a cutting-edge product designed to enable 3.5" SATA or IDE hard disk drives to work with your USB 3.0 enabled desktop or notebook computer. It instantly adds large capacity mobile storage of up to 2TB capacity to your system, delivers data transfer rates of up to 5Gb/s, and allows you to hot-swap the enclosure (connect and disconnect) without first turning your system off. This USB 3.0 enclosure features an aluminum housing with built-in cooling fan to effectively disperse heat keeping the SATA or IDE hard disk drive cool and long-lasting. The USB 3.0 to SATA/IDE 3.5" Enclosure, is user-friendly to assemble and operate, with quick and easy tool-less design and plug and play driver-less installation respectively, you are up and running in a flash.
