Comments about Sony ICD-UX512 2GB Digital Voice Recorder:

I purchased my new ICD-UX512 as a replacement for an older Sony digital voice recorder. Unfortunately, the new Sound Organizer software included with the ICD-UX512 does not work with the Sony FS-85 foot pedal. And, the Digital Voice Editor software that shipped with the FS-85 does not recognize the ICD-UX512 recorder. So, I cannot use the FS-85 foot pedal to transcribe recordings made on the ICD-UX512. Other than this problem, the ICD-UX512 works very well and is easier to use than my old Sony recorder.
