My Delonghi was on pump. But the tank filled and the tank won't come out. I need another unit because my basement 20'x40' is damp. Am I right about the 2nd unit and how do I unstick the tank?

Just want to be sure this has a pump that will pump water up to a level about 7' above the floor. Also please verify if this is energy star.
