I purchased these to hang my cords, BUT, found another wonderful way to use them. I used them to hang my Christmas wreaths from my outside windows. It held them in place from the wind and rain. After Christmas take them down easily and save them for next year. They worked like a charm!!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I am not tripping over cords under my computer. it works better than i could have expected. The wires are out of the way. There are still wires all over but they are neatly organized and not all over the floor sitting in dust!!! Great idea.
I really, really love all 3m products but this one had me @ "Cord Bundler"!!! The first set was used for computer cables, tv wires, typical cords. But then I needed something to hang my cat's harness and leash on while training him. My need was two fold because the leash and harness had to be neat but they also had to be right next to the front and back doors, so our dear kitty would associate going outside with the leash. These bundlers have been the perfect answer! So tidy and out of the way @ the doors! I also needed something to hang my cloth grocery bags on that was near where my handbag, keys etc stay. I immediately thought of the Bundler. These are great! easy to hang, use daily and move!
Our TV stand and electronics tower are raised, and you can see all the cables laying on the floor in the back. I could ignore them, but when I was trying to dust underneith, I was always catching the cables and pulling them out. I decided to fix it. I used a couple different Command products. I do have the cable bundlers that hold all the cables together, attached to the legs of the furniture. On the back of the TV stand I have several hooks to hold the cables off the floor. I have 2 large hooks that I've actuall hung the surge protector from, so it's not on the floor either. Now dusting is no problem. I still won't do it very often, but it will be easier when I do!
I'm amazed that an idea so simple could be so fantastic. I've placed several CORD BUNDLERS around my home to organize all the cords from cell phones, computers, e-readers etc. They all hang inside a cabinet door. They're labeled and when I need a cord to charge any device all I have to do is take it down, plug it in and charge. I no longer have to hunt for cords or untangle the cords that once were shoved into a drawer. Thank you Command for a CORDTASTIC product!!!
These are wonderful! I used them in the garage to get all the outside electrical cords (for Christmas decorations) out of the cabinets and on the empty wall space. Frees up alot of shelf space for other items. They hang so well and take alot of weight. Worth the price to buy.
My seven-month-old has just started crawling around the room, and despite the toys I surround him with to keep him entertained, he is much more interested in the mundane. Specifically, power cords. I'm sure if we had a fire in the fireplace or a rabid pet porcupine he'd find that more interesting, but for now, power cords are the most dangerous thing in the room, thus the most interesting. We used the cord bundlers first behind the TV cabinet, but quickly realized their value can be carried all over - we now loop the lamp cord and attach it to the back of the end table, and we keep one mounted but empty for when we have the laptop out and need to get that cord out of the way too.
