Insures that routes will follow roads that are suitable for truck travel, and yet the commercial driver can rely on the routing as it takes into account commercial truck restrictions such as bridge heights and clearances, load limits, one-way road designations, left-hand and dangerous turn restrictions, and allowances. I bought this GPS as a Father's Day Gift for my father that is an OTR Truck Driver. He has called me a dozen or more times thanking me for the GPS. He states how reliable and accurate the system is, and it definitely helps him to transport his cargo in city areas without getting lost or spending hous trying to map out haz-mat runs.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
