I USE MY 3310 EVERY DAY FOR SOMETHING. I COULD NEVER DO WITHOUT IT. IT\'S GREAT BECAUSE YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH THINGS QUICKLY SUCH AS FAXING A MEDICAL REPORT TO YOUR DR. SCANNING AND SENDING TO YOUR FRIENDS VIA EMAIL. FAXES, PRINTS PIX AND SCANS WITHOUT NEED OF COMPUTER. THIS IS MY SECOND 3310. I BROKE THE FIRST ONE; THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT; IT WOULD HAVE LASTED FOREVER. I LOVE IT ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT IS COMPATABLE WITH MY WINDOWS 98 WHICH I WILL NEVER GET RID OF ALTHOUGH I ALSO HAVE AN XP. NOW YOU KNOW EVERYTHING.

Im a scrapbooker and love to print out my pics on crazy paper. This printer has worked very well for me and supplies the quality of prints that I am very impressed with. It was easy to set up and my mom was able to operate it so that is telling you something!

 

Poor Quality Control

The unit did not work like I expected it to do. Yet I had to go all through the installation procedure so as to find that out. Then I have to ask HP for a replacement, first they had asked me to replace the ink cartridges that were outdated. I was advised that HP in Canada would ship me a replacement but later I was told they had no stock. Their website reports they still have in stock. I’m now fed up with HP, am not going to use them anymore!
