Comments about Lexmark X464DE Multifunction Printer:

I use this printer and scanner in our office and while it produces quality scans/copies and is easy to use, it can be painfully slow. Often when you press one of the buttons on the touch screen you have to wait anywhere from 20 seconds to one full minute for it to respond and take you to the appropriate function menu. Another issue is that the rollers frequently get dirty, causing it to produce lines on the copies. Cleaning with solution such as rubbing alcohol will correct this, but you may need to clean it often (such as once per day) depending on use. Lastly, it cannot handle scanning documents larger than 15 pages well. It tends to jam or misfunction. I would not recommend this product to anyone who would be using it daily.
