Comments about Lexmark X264DN Multifunction Printer:
I have purchased 2 of these printers for small workgroups in our company. We use it for e-mail scanning, copying, printing, and sometimes faxing.
The scan to e-mail functionality is great. We had it configured to send e-mail to our Exhange server in no time. I especially like that it will save the scans to a server and e-mail the link instead of the actual scans. This keeps e-mail from bouncing from large attachments.
Faxing is only fair - some users have had problems figuring out the menus. But to be honest, that's what they get for faxing instead of scanning to e-mail and sending from there!
We have had no problems with these machines in about 6 months and are purchasing several more to replace other workgroup printers.

Comments about Lexmark X264DN Multifunction Printer:
Scan-to-email functionality does not support encrypted email servers, which is most email servers these days. I couldn't find that information until I bought one. Tech support couldn't tell me if they are going to support encrypted smtp servers. I bought this for the feature and it doesn't work as advertised.
