My kids have been bugging me for a while now to get a new one so I decided to surprise them with this. It arrived the next day all in one piece and was very easy to install. It gets everything you want done in half the amount of time it took our old ones to do it and we love the quality of all the printouts. We have had this for three months now and don’t think we will ever use another LaserJet. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

All we do is print, fax, scan, and copy. No art, no images, no color. We just crank out black and white documents all day that have to be faxed and often copied. We needed one printer that just got the work done, was affordable for our office and didn't jam up all the time. Now we have it. This is a definite yes for anybody with small office demands. Goes slower than we thought, but not so slow that we are unable to function or anything.

Many of HP's all in one lasers seem to be lacking the fax options these days. This one was all that I've ever wanted. I've read that a lot of people have issues with the scanner. I haven't had a chance to use it much, but once I used it for text and the OCR picked it up easily enough. So I still give it a thumbs up.
It's not the fastest printer out there, but it's a great laser all in one for the price.

This isn't exactly what I had expected. It is a clumsy printer. Slow, hard to setup, hard to use, and is difficult to KEEP working. I do not recommend this printer to anyone....

This printer is a good machine for anyone with a small business or who does a lot of printing at home. It prints fast and produces excellent scanning. However scanning does take a while because it is not a simple push a button and scan operation. This would be the only downside if you were purchasing this machine for an office environment. The fax does require manual setting of IP address etc... but works well.

I have used many HP printers in my life time and I have to say that I think this is the best one that I have ever used and the best one ever made!I just bought this after I saw the one that was bought at my work. The service repair man was only called once in two years so I thought that it would be a great investment for my work so I went out and bought one! It is a very fast machine and it is also a very compact machine that doesn’t take up a lot of room. It really lets you be more productive and anyone in there right might wants that. I have had no problems with my machine. It works very well, I don’t ever get any jams anywhere, the paper doesn’t get stuck anywhere, and the toner seems to be doing quite well after 500 printed pages. [...]
