I use this many times throughout the course of the day and have found that it always has been reliable. We do a lot of high quality print jobs that are of the most importance. Yes, I have to agree that it could be faster, but the print quality is good and I have not experienced any problems with this printer after 4 months. I highly recommend this product.

It has the capability to duplex laser color tasks for less than [$] But if you try to eliminate letter-size paper when printed, it is difficult. No lower-level area to let you get your fingers below the paper to pick it out of its place. When Brother redesigned MFC-9840, almost instantly printing full-page handouts, the black was out. For a small cost, Brother could simply install at the production level a huge volume cartridge. I'm eager to find out how this printer works after running some thousand colored pages. When calling Brother for tech help, I found the support staff very well-informed and cooperative.

I am an attorney in solo practice who absolutely depends on my printer for my professional existence. I waited many years for the perfect all in one COLOR LASER. I bought mine from a local store and have had it about a week. The duplexing works well. Print quality is acceptable for most purposes. I was in the middle of printing hundreds of pages for a mailing and the printer told me it was almost out of black. Less than 20 pages later it just stopped. The configuration software and configuration via web-browser leave a lot to be desired. All in all, I am satisfied with this printer. Great implementation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an all in one laser printer.
